In 19 years at Apriorit, Klaudia rose from QA to CEO. Now she drives the company’s strategic growth and leads our delivery and project management processes. Her leadership is focused on enhancing customer service through technological innovation and scaling operations.

Klaudia’s technical expertise spans cybersecurity, cloud computing, low-level development, system and network management, reverse and research engineering, and project management. As a member of the Forbes Tech Council, she actively contributes to the global IT community.

Victor Milokum

Engineering Director

Victor has been with Apriorit for 19 years, progressing from software developer to engineering director. Shaping technical expertise and innovation within our company, he is deeply involved in mentoring young talent, expanding the company’s technology stack, and driving high-impact projects.

Victor holds a master’s degree in computer science, with a focus on software development, and is an expert in NT driver development, high-load systems, malware research, and reverse engineering.

His leadership and strong research skills help Apriorit push technological boundaries and build professional and high-performing teams.

Andrii Mokych

Chief Information Security Officer

Having enhanced Apriorit’s cybersecurity efforts for the past decade, Andrii oversees the company’s information security management and cyber defense strategies. With a master’s in mechatronics, robotics, and automation, he drives innovation in cybersecurity, fortifies defenses, and creates comprehensive IT security policies for our company.

Andrii combines his previous experience in software engineering with in-depth cybersecurity expertise to successfully lead a skilled team of cybersecurity professionals. Together, they actively enhance the cybersecurity of both Apriorit and our clients.

Vitaliy Panasyuk

Principal Team Leader,
Web Development

With over 13 years of IT experience, including nine years at Apriorit, Vitaliy has grown from a .NET developer to principal team leader, guiding two teams of skilled web developers.

A mathematics graduate, Vitaliy brings deep technical expertise and a commitment to pushing the limits of web technologies. His strong team leadership skills and ability to inspire innovation have made him a cornerstone of Apriorit’s web development department.

Anton Kotik

For the past 14 years, Anton has played a crucial role in Apriorits’s system development and blockchain initiatives. With a master’s in economic cybernetics, he has the technical expertise and strategic oversight to boost the company’s blockchain and system programming projects to new heights.

Anton was also one of the masterminds behind our internal educational course on system programming and C++, guiding young engineers from interns to developers.

Marina Prudka

VP of Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions Development Leader

Starting as a QA specialist back in 2006, Marina has risen to become an R&D delivery manager, overseeing Apriorit’s most challenging projects.

A graduate in mechanics, Marina brings strong product and project management skills to the team, ensuring that every solution not only meets client needs but also sets new standards of innovation. She has led the development of complex and reliable cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS/CRM/ERP products.

Lidiia Mandrovna

VP of Innovation and Technology, Canada Branch Director

Lidiia has been part of the Apriorit team for a decade. She leads our Mobile Application Management and Mobile Device Management departments, drives complex custom software development projects. Her extensive expertise spans SaaS, XDR, EDR, SIEM, SOAR, DLP, Kernel development, Embedded Systems, and Reverse Engineering. She has a strong academic background, with a master’s in international management and a bachelor’s in applied mathematics and economic computer science.

Currently, Lidiia plays a key role in launching and growing Apriorit’s presence in Canada. She is also actively involved in the Canadian cybersecurity community, contributing to its growth and development.

Olya Kolomoets

VP of AI Engineering and Integration

With over 17 years in IT behind her back, including seven years at Apriorit, Olya has a unique background. Before joining our team, she founded an IT company that was later acquired by Apriorit, which gives her a valuable entrepreneurial perspective.

Drawing from her deep expertise in applied mathematics and product management, Olya currently leads AI technology adoption and successfully manages software product development for complex Cybersecurity and Renewable Power Generation projects.

Vadim Nevidomy

Head of AI

With a master’s in system analysis and seven years at Apriorit, Vadim has been a key force in developing Apriorit’s AI and ML expertise from the ground up.

As the Head of AI, Vadim has successfully led multiple AI projects, spearheading the adoption of the latest generative AI technologies. His deep knowledge in C/C++, Python, and system development across both Linux and Windows platforms allows Vadim to keep pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve, both for our company and our clients.

Sergey Podobry

Head of Windows Driver and Kernel Development

Part of Apriorit since 2005, Sergey has played a significant role in establishing system programming as a core area of Apriorit’s expertise. Currently, Sergey leads the Windows driver and kernel development team, specializing in building drivers, services, GUIs, networks, and multithreaded applications.

Holding a master’s in computer science, Sergey combines deep technical knowledge with a forward-thinking approach, driving his team to adopt new technologies and ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

Anton Kukoba

Head of Reverse Engineering

With 12 years at Apriorit and over two decades in the IT industry, Anton is our leader in the field of reverse engineering. His expertise extends beyond reversing to software development and project management, giving him a well-rounded perspective on complex technology challenges.

As Head of Reverse Engineering, Anton leads his team in tackling sophisticated projects, applying deep knowledge of software research techniques to deliver high-impact solutions.

Semyon Boyko

Head of MDM & MAM, Linux Engineering

Having started at Apriorit in 2010, Semyon advances our company’s Linux, mobile device, and mobile application management projects. He is a strong leader who efficiently manages his teams and drives the adoption of new technologies.

Semyon’s experience spans full-cycle product development, from architecture design to implementation on Linux and Android systems. With a master’s in computer systems and network programming, Semyon is also an expert in working with Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and virtualization.

Nataly Fedorenko

Head of BA

Nataly joined Apriorit back in 2006 and now leads the business analysis stage for a wide range of projects, ensuring smooth transitions from requirements gathering to final product acceptance. Her PhD in applied mathematics supports her deep expertise in UX design, product strategy, and technical writing.

Nataly is also an accomplished team leader, guiding her department in delivering insightful analysis that helps our clients bring their projects to success. Her technical expertise and strategic thinking make her a vital part of Apriorit’s leadership.

Maria Lavrik

QA Leader of Web Direction

With around a decade of experience at Apriorit, Maria currently leads all quality assurance efforts for our company’s web development projects.

Certified by the ISTQB®, Maria ensures that every web project meets the highest quality standards and customer requirements. Her expertise covers the entire web development lifecycle, from creating test plans to implementing robust test processes.

Sergei has been at the forefront of system programming quality assurance at Apriorit since 2012. Currently, he leads his team in designing and implementing rigorous test processes to ensure the reliability of all system-level solutions we deliver.

An ISTQB® certified professional, Sergei also leverages his deep expertise in Agile methodologies, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and meet quality standards.

Michael Teslia

Program Manager

Since joining Apriorit in 2019, Michael has evolved into a professional who manages our company’s most complex reverse engineering, network management, system, and driver development projects for Windows and Linux platforms.

Always focused on ensuring that client needs are met with precision, Michael leverages his background in engineering and project management to guide our development teams through every stage of the project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.

Maksym Itskovych

Program Manager

A part of the Apriorit team since 2023, Maksym brings 14 years of impressive IT experience. As a founder of Mobindustry (later acquired by Apriorit), he combines entrepreneurial insight with strong technical and delivery management skills.

Maksym has a background in business administration and economics and currently specializes in managing mobile development and fintech projects at Apriorit.

He also serves as a Startup Mentor on Product Delivery at Founder Institute Switzerland and a coach for SMEs at Trust Valley, sharing his expertise to foster innovation in the global IT sector.

Nataliya Yurko

Head of Business Development

Nataliya has been a part of Apriorit since 2016, improving Apriorit’s sales processes and driving sales operations. With a master’s in material science and certifications in business development and digital marketing, Nataliya combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset to build truly strong partnerships with our clients.

Olena Kolesnichenko

HR Director

Over the course of nearly two decades at Apriorit, Olena has built the HR department from scratch, transforming it into a complex and efficient structure. She is responsible for all HR functions across all of Apriorit’s regional offices, overseeing recruitment, adaptation, training, and corporate culture development.

Her expertise in people management ensures that Apriorit attracts and retains top talent while her leadership plays a crucial part in creating an inclusive environment where every employee can thrive.
